I have a passion for identifying, developing and promoting talented sales individuals. I absolutely love helping people better themselves and achieving their career and personal dreams. In my 10+ years of leadership, there was nothing more critical to achieving our financial goals than identifying the talent that should be on our teams and then knowing how to bring out their incredible potential. Bringing out the best in someone can never be just for your own selfish ambition, this is easily identified by the people you are leading and will lead to resentment and distrust. Rather, it must truly come from a heart and passion to see others succeed and become the best version of themselves. This is my passion.
I’ve sat across the interview table from candidates trying to get a sales position within Medical Sales for over 10 years. I’ve conducted hundreds if not a thousand interviews.
